Getting set up with VeriQuest is an easy process, but there are a few things we need to have on file for all customers and is a requirement for receiving credit reports.  The following steps will guide you through the process of setting up an account with us. 

1.  Download either the Tenant Screening or Pre-Employment Screening Application Packet or contact our office to request the packet be sent to you.

2.  Fill out the application providing all requested information and sign where appropriate.  Return it to our office either by regular mail, faxing or scanning into an email.  (Completing and providing all requested information will avoid delays in the application process.  Account access cannot be granted until all documentation is provided.)

3.  Provide supporting documentation listed on the application.  (These items should be included with the completed application forms.)

4.  Schedule a physical site visit of your office with our inspection vendor.  You will be contacted once the application is received to schedule a convenient time.  (This is mandated by the credit bureau for end users of credit reports) 

5.  Your application will be reviewed and if approved an account will be established.  Your account ID and initial password will then be emailed to you.  We will also set up a training session to go over system usage.      

There is a one time inspection fee of $60.00 which will be billed on your first months invoice.  This is the fee charged by the inspection vendor.
